Party planning tips

So it is time to plan another birthday party for your young one.

What are you going to do? Where are you going to start?

Here is a little guide to help you along the way.

Always make sure you start planning 2 months before the big day. This will reduce a lot of stress on your end.

#1 – choose your date and time! That’s the big one.

#2- make a guest list of everyone you want to invite or your child wants to invite.

#3- pick the menu, rather it is dinner, a snack bar or just cake and ice cream. Your guests will want to know.

#4- choose your theme and colors.

#5- send out the invitations a month before the big day. This gives your guests plenty of time to make arrangements to attend the party. Your invitations should always include, a date and time, the theme and colors, directions, contact numbers, the menu and what the child wants and needs.

After those steps are complete then you can start on the decorations and shopping. Be sure to have everything baught and paid for 2 weeks before the party. This helps reduce stress as well.

It makes life a lot simpler and you as the parent will be able to enjoy yourself at your kiddos party instead of stressing on last minute things.

And just a little side note, have something entertainin for the kids, maybe a game or even a piñata. Have prizes for the games. It will be more memorable for everyone.

Well there’s the advice I have, I hope planning is easier for you parents out there. Enjoy!
