Last week we discussed facts and benefits on essential oils. Today, I want to share ways to use essential oils. These little babies last a long time, have like a million different blends and can be used in many different ways.
One of my favorite ways to diffuse essential oils is a COOL MISTER.
A cool mister or diffuser is great for all rooms of the home and even in the car. Just a couple drops mixed with water and you can have a perfectly scented room. Believe it or not some companies sell portable mini oil diffusers or cool misters. Find here
Oil diffuser necklaces
When designing a necklace of your own great materials that absorb the oils are:
- Modeling or scalping clay
- Lava rock
Just a couple of drops of your favorite scent on any of these items and you have the perfect perfume and it last for about 2-3 days. Find here
Oils can be add to candles to, depending on the size of your candle will depend on how many drops. On average your looking at 5 to 15 drops depending on the oil. Find here
Roller bottles are great for blends and less messy. However when using roller bottles that means topical use which also means diluting with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, almond oil, and jojoba oil. Their great for headache blends, boo-boo blends, perfumes, lip gloss, and itch sticks.

Bath balms or straight to the water
Oils are great for relaxing and stress relief so add some drops to your bath balm or straight to the water and soak up the oils in tranquility and peace. Find here
